Before your arrival at Speronari, a few things are useful to know: the timings, access to the city centre, the restaurant, the wellness area, the details that make a stay feel effortless. If what you need isn't here, write to us — we always reply.

The stay

Timings and arrival.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00pm, check-out by 11:00am. Early check-in and late check-out are possible on request, subject to availability — write to us ahead of time and we'll give you a precise answer. Our front desk is open 24/7, so a late arrival is never an issue.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is served à la carte at our restaurant El Porteño, from 7:30am to 10:30am. It is included in BB rates; on other rates it is available at €25 per person. On request we can serve it in your suite with a small supplement.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, small and medium-sized pets are welcome in selected suite categories, with a one-off €35 cleaning supplement per stay. Please mention it when you book so we can assign the best-suited accommodation.

Are you family-friendly?

Yes. Our suites can accommodate up to four guests depending on the category. Cots for children up to age three are complimentary, on request. Extra beds are not available. There's no dedicated children's menu at the restaurant, but the El Porteño kitchen is happy to adapt.

Is the property accessible for guests with reduced mobility?

The palazzo dates from the 19th century and is served by a lift. Two suites have been designed with barrier-free access and bathroom. Tell us your needs when booking — we'll guide you to the best fit.

Restaurant, wellness, services.

Is El Porteño open to non-resident guests?

Yes. El Porteño Gourmet is an Argentine bistrot open to the public for dinner, daily from 7:30pm. Reservations are recommended, especially during Design Week, Fashion Week and weekends — call +39 02 4942 8099 or write to info@speronarisuites.it.

How does the sauna and fitness room work?

The wellness floor offers a Finnish sauna and a Technogym fitness room. Use is reserved for our guests, free of charge, on one-hour slots booked for privacy. Reception arranges the time at check-in.

Is there Wi-Fi and air conditioning?

Yes to both, at no extra cost. Fibre Wi-Fi throughout the house, independent air conditioning in every suite.

Do you offer room service?

Yes, from 7:30am to 11:00pm, with a reduced but carefully curated menu from the El Porteño kitchen.

Where we are, how to reach us.

Where exactly is Speronari?

Via Speronari 4, 20123 Milan — 180 metres from Piazza del Duomo on foot. A quiet, pedestrian street between the Duomo and the Cinque Vie quarter. The area is inside Milan's Area C congestion charge and ZTL restricted zone: private car access is regulated.

How far are you from the main landmarks?

Duomo: 3 minutes on foot. Teatro alla Scala: 7 minutes. Quadrilatero della Moda (Montenapoleone): 10 minutes. Brera: 15 minutes. Central Station: 12 minutes by metro or taxi. Linate Airport: 15 minutes by taxi; Malpensa: 50 minutes by Malpensa Express train from Milano Cadorna (12 minutes on foot).

Is there parking?

We don't have a private car park, but Autosilo Diaz is about 200 metres on foot, with dedicated rates for our guests. Because we're inside Area C, we recommend arriving by public transport or taxi — we can coordinate your transfer from the airport or station.

Can you arrange airport transfers?

Yes. We arrange private transfers from Linate and Malpensa with selected chauffeured cars, as well as from Milano Centrale or Cadorna stations. We also handle taxi bookings, evening transfers and trips around the city with no intermediation fee — just ask at reception.

Rates, changes, direct advantages.

Is it better to book directly on your website?

Yes. When you book through our website we guarantee the best available rate, a welcome drink at the restaurant and more flexible cancellation terms than external channels. No intermediation fee also means more time for you: we reply directly to changes, special requests, upgrades.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Flexible rates allow free cancellation when requested within the terms indicated in the booking conditions. Non-refundable rates are locked at booking. Date changes are free when requested in advance, subject to availability.

Which credit cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro. We also accept cash within the legal limits.
